Valieva Leading in Olympics while Doping Scandal

Kamilia Valieva just moved in front and put all emotional sensation on a side. The emotional sensation was due to being involved in doping scandal. She took a step in women’s figure skating competition after a short and well managed program in Beijing China. Valieva started her pursuit for second gold medal on Thursday having a score of 82.16. She faltered on her opening triple axel and then made it through the rest of her program. She is 15 years old only and she also tested positive for banded heart medication from a sample given in December. The result of her report revealed during last week.  She helped Russia to win gold medal with her historic performance. It was great achievement for Russia in the field of Olympics.  It included her landing the first quadruple jumps by women at the Olympics.

The court of Arbitration for sport ruled on Monday that Valieva should be allowed to compete in part because she I a minor, known as a protected person and is subject to different rules from an adult athlete. Bu the decision has been roundly criticized including b others that performed before her on Tuesday.

Valieva is favorite of everybody due to her gold. Moreover, is now planning for the first sweep by any nation of the women Olympics.

Valieva was first while world champion Shcherbakova was second with 80.20 points. After him, Kaori Sakamoto of Japan was third with score of 79.84 to prevent 1-2-3 Russian finish in the short programme. Alexandra Trusova was fourth in the list with 74.60 points. He was member of Russian Quad Squad.

Valieva will not get medal ceremony in Beijing what so ever can happen with the ice. Along with Valieva, none of the members who finished skates with her not get medal ceremony in Beijing.

Valieva in one of her comments told Russian state broadcaster Channel One that these days in Russia were very difficult for her. It was a good achievement for me but I am emotionally very tired. She stated crying while coming away from skate on the Thursday night.

He said. “I have not seen my parents for the past seven months as I went for training in Europe and to many places for competition.” He was a film actor as a child. “This moment is very special for me and my family.”

In order to retain her title, Anna Gasser from Austria won a dramatic snowboard women’s Big Air gold.

Germany posted the first podium sweep by any nation in any Olympic bobsled race, led by Francesco Friedrich piloting the winning sled in the two-man event. Johannes Lochner drove the silver-medal sled and Christoph Hafer steered his bobsled to the bronze.
